The perfect summer breakfast in my opinion. These usually cost a fortune at your local instagrammable café, but you can make them at home for way less. All you need are a few simple ingredients and a good blender. All set? well let’s go!

Instructions

  1. Defrost the açai and banans for around 10 minutes in your blender/food processor

  2. Add the protein powder and blend until smooth and creamy. Add some plant based milk if needed

  3. Add whatever you want to the top! I like fresh and frozen fruits, granola, yogurt, nut and seed butters!
