The ultimate comfort breakfast! I would have this every day if I could, the only reason why I’m not doing it is because I love normal oatmeal too much. But this is a great contender, and who knows, it might become your favourite!


Creamy Semolina Porridge with Caramelised Banana
Ingredients
Semolina Porridge

Whisk everything together over medium heat until your desired thickness is formed and pour into a bowl
Caramelised Banana

Chop your banana in half lengthwise and add some sugar to the top. Fry it on both sides in some coconut oil until nice and golden

Add it to the top of your porridge with whatever your heart desires. I like frozen berries and nut/seed butter
