Chickpea Flour Pancakes

This is definitely my go to dinner on days where I do not know what to cook. It is super easy, extremely filling and of course absolutely delicious. What more could you want?

Difficulty: Beginner Prep Time 5 min Cook Time 10 min Total Time 15 mins

  1. Combine everything together until smooth and let it sit for 5-10 minutes

  2. Cook pancakes one by one in a greased pan

  3. Serve up with what you desire. I love roasted veggies, sautéed mushrooms, greens, sauerkraut and tahini
