Blend everything until smooth and creamy, add plant based milk as needed

Serve in your favourite bowl and top! I love adding frozen berries, granola, coconut flakes, cacao nibs and tahini
Note
I used a smoothie blend from Powerfruits which has mint in it, but you can just use a vanilla protein and add some mint extract or fresh mint leaves if you are feeling fancy
