Red Lentil Wraps

  1. Soak lentils in the water for at least 30 minutes

  2. Blend the lentils, water {add more water if the lentils soaked it up} and spices until you get a pancake batter consistency

  3. Cook the wraps one by one like crepes in a greased pan

Tahini Mushrooms

  1. Fry the mushrooms until golden, then turn down the heat and add the rest of the ingredients

  2. Serve the mushrooms in the wrap with some greens or other vegetables of choice
