A new flour each month that is a little different, but always delicious. The May flavour is an Almond Cookie. Loosely inspired by the classic Norwegian dessert; Kransekake. The dough has a hint of almond, and the cookie itself is stuffed with a thin layer of marzipan and then topped with flaked almonds. The perfect cookie for all of Mays festivities!
