A new flour each month that is a little different, but always delicious. The February flavour is a Dark Chocolate Olive Oil Cookie. I wanted to make something a little special for the month of loooove, and what screams more love than chocolate? This cookie is a little less sweet than usual and you get hints of olive oil throughout the blend of dark chocolate and sea salt. Perfect for a lover, friend or just yourself. If you want heart shaped cookies write it in the message board and I will fix that for you!

    Love the texture of that one, the oatmeal makes it quite different from the others. And how to not like the hit of spice with the cinnamon.

    Another success in my opinion and well suited for these cold days !
