PB and J Baked Oats

Peanut butter jelly time eyye eyye eyye eyye. I'm childish - I know - but don't pretend you didn't sing along! This is definitely one of my favourite breakfast options, super quick, simple and of course delicious!

Ingredients
    PB&J Baked Oats
  • 100 milliliters oats
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tablespoon powdered peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons vegan vanilla protein
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 100 milliliters plantbased milk
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tablespoon jam
Instructions
    PB&J Baked Oats
  1. Preheat oven to 200°C

  2. Blend everything until smooth and pour into an oven safe dish

  3. Place a blob of jam in the middle and slices of banana around it {optional} and bake for 20-25 minutes

  4. Top with peanut butter and enjoy!
