Creamy Semolina Porridge with Caramelised Banana

The ultimate comfort breakfast! I would have this every day if I could, the only reason why I'm not doing it is because I love normal oatmeal too much. But this is a great contender, and who knows, it might become your favourite!

Ingredients
    Semolina Porridge
  • 4 tablespoons semolina flour
  • 250 milliliters plantbased milk
  • 2 tablespoons sweetened vegan protein (I used MacroMike Banoffee Flavoured Protein)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt
  • Caramelised Banana
  • 1 banana
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar (I used NorSweet Brown)
Instructions
    Porridge
  1. Whisk everything together over medium heat until your desired thickness is formed and pour into a bowl

  2. Caramelised Banana
  3. Chop your banana in half lengthwise and add some sugar to the top. Fry it on both sides in some coconut oil until nice and golden

  4. Add it to the top of your porridge with whatever your heart desires. I like frozen berries and nut/seed butter
