Ingredients
    Red Lentil Wraps
  • 100 milliliters red lentils
  • 100 milliliters water
  • Spices of choice like paprika, cumin, salt and pepper
  • Tahini Mushrooms
  • 3-4 sliced mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • 2 teaspoons coconut aminos (sub soy sauce/tamari)
  • 1 tablespoon soy milk (sub another unsweetened plant based milk)
  • Salt and pepper
Instructions
    Red Lentil Wraps
  1. Soak lentils in the water for at least 30 minutes

  2. Blend the lentils, water {add more water if the lentils soaked it up} and spices until you get a pancake batter consistency

  3. Cook the wraps one by one like crepes in a greased pan

  4. Tahini Mushrooms
  5. Fry the mushrooms until golden, then turn down the heat and add the rest of the ingredients

  6. Serve the mushrooms in the wrap with some greens or other vegetables of choice
