Cinnamon buns {or rolls or scrolls or boller or whatever you like to call them} are the definition of my childhood. These make the perfect little pick me up snack, and they are so easy to make! No kneading or proofing here!

Ingredients
    Cinnamon Bun Bliss Balls
  • 15 small dates (pitted)
  • 100 milliliters cashews
  • 50 milliliters almonds
  • 3 tablespoons oats
  • 100 milliliters shredded coconut
  • 1/2 teaspoon cardamom
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt
Instructions
    Cinnamon Bun Bliss Balls
  1. Blend the nuts, oats and coconut together until finely chopped in a food processor

  2. Add the dates and spices and blend until you get a dough, add water if needed

  3. Form balls with wet hands and place in the freezer for a few minutes before enjoying
