Chocolate Peanut Butter Chilled Oats

Chocolate and peanut butter is arguably one of the best combos out there, and when you have them together as a thick porridge it will automatically take you to heaven. Or at least I think so hehe

Ingredients
    Porridge
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup riced cauliflower (optional)
  • 3/4 cups plant based milk
  • 15 grams chocolate protein (I use one by MyVegan)
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 pinch salt
  • Peanut Butter Shell
  • 1 tablespoon powdered peanut butter (I use one by MacroMike, sub regular peanut butter)
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
Instructions
    Porridge
  1. Cook everything until thick and place in a bowl

  2. Peanut Butter Shell
  3. Combine the powdered peanut butter, coconut oil and some water until you get a thick, but runny consistency and pour over the oats

  4. Chill in the fridge for at least 3 hours, overnight is ideal

  5. Top with what you want and enjoy! I added frozen raspberries, cacao nibs and flaky salt
