Chocolate + peanuts + a secret ingredient in the most fudgy brownies you have ever seen. Not convinced? Well, then we can’t be friends, sorry

Difficulty: Intermediate Prep Time 15 min Cook Time 25 min Rest Time 15 min Total Time 55 mins
Servings: 8

Ingredients

Brownie Batter

Chocolate Sauce

Instructions

Brownie Batter

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C

  2. Blend the beans, peanut butter, sweeteners and date syrup until smooth in a food processor or high speed blender

  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend again until you get a thick batter, thin with some water if necessary

  4. Add the batter to a lined tin {I used an Ikea glass tupperware container} and bake for 25 minutes. Let it cool for a bit before removing from the tin and decorating

Chocolate Sauce

  1. Combine everything together until a thick, but runny sauce is formed. Pour over your brownies and sprinkle some peanuts over the top
