Chocolate Fudge Pancakes

Yes, you read that right. Pancakes, that taste like fudge, sign me up

These babies are the ultimate breakfast. They are super fluffy and will leave you feeling nice and satisfied, at least they did to me. I used a protein powder from One Down Health {gifted} in the Chocolate Fudge Flavour, but any chocolate protein will of course do! Just make sure you enjoy the taste of the protein, otherwise these pancakes will be a flop. You are warned

Ingredients
    Pancake Batter
  • 15 grams vegan chocolate protein powder
  • 50 grams all purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 100 milliliters plant based milk (add more if needed)
  • Chocolate Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon raw cacao powder (sub cocoa powder)
  • 1-2 teaspoon agave syrup (sub another liquid sweetener)
  • Water to thin
Instructions
    Pancakes
  1. Mix everything together in a bowl until a thick batter is formed

  2. Cook the pancakes in a greased pan until bubbles form on the surface, then flip them and repeat

  3. Chocolate Sauce
  4. Combine everything together and pour over your pancakes
