I also think it might be World Mental Health Day, but I think I care more about porridge. Eh, maybe not, but oatmeal is a big and important part of my life. That sounds very sad, but I promise you that porridge can brighten any day. Here is a quick and simple recipe for you to enjoy, perfect for this season

Ingredients
    Porridge
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 cup pant based milk
  • 1/2 scoop vegan vanilla protein (sub more oats + sweetener)
  • 1 apple (finely diced)
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon cardamom
  • Pinch of salt
  • Toppings
  • Sliced apple
  • Blueberries
  • Peanut butter
Instructions
  1. Porridge

    Add everything to a pot and cook until desired consistency is reached

  2. Pour into your bowl and top with what you want!
